Global IT outage! Why is digitalization bad?

The recent global IT outage  is another warning to the world to stop widespread digitalization for ulterior motives but with serious consequences for the future generation.

Global IT outage

The recent global IT outage saw flights affected worldwide. Thousands of flights were cancelled and even banking system was affected. It affected a lot of people and there was heavy monetary loss as well. The question is: Is digitalization really worth it? How far should one imbibe it in one's lives?

Why is widespread digitalization bad?

World politics is in the hands of fools and cheats. That is the reason that these bad politicians, pushed to power by equally foolish and bad public, are advocating widespread digitalization without knowing it's pitfalls and serious consequences for the future generation. They do not talk about the likely calamities that it can cause but are coercing public to accept it in the name of speed, ease, betterment and national interest. But these politicians have their own vested interests to make more organizations accept full digitalization.

Such widespread digitalization does not help public remarkably. It, in fact, burdens them and makes things difficult. Imagine an old man in rural area who has no mobile phone access or even electricity to recharge his mobile phone if he has one. And he has to use internet with its low rural outreach to make an application for subsidy or get his or her pension or money. It is definitely hard. But are politicians even thinking about the public. No, they only want to help their multinational company friends and elite people.

They fool people by indulging them in talks about better outcomes with internet and for national safety. But, all this is an eyewash in which weak-minded people get caught.

1. IT is most of the time not user-friendly.

2. People who need help are not helped.

3. Global outages can affect working. These will get common by the day. World digital systems are vulnerable to hacking and frauds. If reversible, it is okay but if irreversible damage occurs, you can just imagine its consequences. A small single snag can have global widespread implications on transport, banking, administration etc.

4. Mobile phone radiation can affect body and brain .

5. Digitalization reduces jobs and increases unemployment.
