Marital rape: shameful, anti-women, inhuman act!

Marital rape is an anti-wife and anti-women act that has serious mental consequences on the victim and disastrous repercussions on the family and children. It is an inhuman act that should be heavily punished. But there are some 'self-proclaimed great' cultures and nations in the world that have still not considered it a criminal offences. They have miserably failed to criminalise this animal act and give freedom and justice to the affected women. This passivity speaks of their regressive culture and mentality. Here is a list of nations that have not criminalized marital rape. It would be wrong to call these societies as civilized when women there are at the suffering end. These countries include:

So you see, India ranks in the list of amongst the African and underdeveloped countries of the world as regards justice for women and girls and wives. It is a shame and a sham that the country calls itself civilized and pro-women empowerment when they are blind and deaf to the cries of a women on the bed day in and day out.
