Sam Asghari, the model and personal trainer boyfriend of Britney Spears had contracted coronavirus-is he better now?

Britney Spears’ current boyfriend, model and personal trainer, Sam Asghari, 26 has tested positive for coronavirus. He revealed the diagnosis on her Instagram on Wednesday 23 December 2020. He said that he had mild symptoms and has recovered now. He also added that his healthy lifestyle helped him to overcome the deadly infection.

Sam Asghari tests positive for COVID-19

The young model and personal trainer, Sam Asghari, 26 has tested positive for COVID-19. The current boyfriend of singer Britney Spears revealed the diagnosis on his Instagram. He wrote:

“Living a healthy lifestyle has Helped and shaped my life in many ways, and I am fortunate to have the opportunity to inspire some people using my social media platform. 🤙🏾

"2020 has been a crazy/twisted year for all of us. Recently I tested positive for Covid-19, I was lucky enough to catch the news before being around and infecting my loved ones (friends, family, significant other),"

Sam continued:

"I quickly isolated myself and started my quarantine process alone. 🙏🏽"

He also said that he had only a few symptoms. And he has also recovered from the virus. He has symptoms of cold only for a day.

The model revealed that he quickly went into self-isolation after the diagnosis was confirmed on him. He continued to eat healthy even during the quarantine period. He also did not stop his workouts and continued to do daily exercises as usual. Sam said that his recovery was faster due to his healthy lifestyle. Further, he wrote:

“This is where my healthy lifestyle helped a lot, I only had 1 day of common cold symptoms day 2 after testing positive but 24 hours later I was perfectly normal. I continued my workouts and clean nutrition at home as usual. 10 days later I was no longer contagious, and tested negative twice and was cleared by doctors to end quarantine and return to my loved ones. 💪🏽
I spend a lot of time cleansing And thinking about how important our health is in General even outside of Covid, at the end of our lives one of the most important things will be health, I will continue to do my best and inspire you guys to also live a healthy lifestyle. 🍎🍉

The model put up more details on his Instagram Story. He said:

"My healthy lifestyle and my strong immune system helped me a lot because I only had common cold symptoms for one day. I understand there has been healthy people that got it and they were a tough time with it."

"I do understand that, but my suggestion is to take vitamins, stay hydrated, have great nutrition and boost your immune system. Because it's gonna help you. Not just with COVID, just with everything."
